Mark Dudycha

I am a Partner and Financial Advisor at Albertino Financial, where I collaborate closely with my partner, Tony Albertino. Together, we conduct workshops aimed at educating employees about their pension plans, 401(k), and social security. Our primary focus is on working with union employees and management, helping them navigate the complexities of their retirement plans. By introducing ourselves through these educational workshops, we aim to build trust so that these individuals consider us as their advisors when they decide to retire. Tony and I both engage in one-on-one client consultations, and we often consult with each other to develop solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.

I've been immersed in the financial services industry since 1995, and since 2002, I've had the privilege of independently developing my own practice. Over the years, I've earned several key designations, including the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®), Certified Retirement Counselor® (CRC®), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®). These credentials have equipped me to provide comprehensive and insightful financial advice to my clients.

My motivation lies in educating and assisting clients with their financial needs, aiming to alleviate the stress that often accompanies significant financial decisions. I specialize in planning and conducting educational workshops, and I enjoy crafting flexible retirement income plans that we can track and monitor. I believe the greatest value I provide is my ability to tell clients the hard truths when necessary.

My journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Nebraska, where my interest in finance was sparked by none other than Warren Buffett, who lived just a few blocks away from my high school in Omaha, Nebraska. Currently, I reside in Franklin, TN, with my wife, Allison, and our two daughters, Wagner and Margot. They are my inspiration, driving me to continually learn and grow both personally and professionally. Outside the office, I indulge in my passion for sports by playing in a few adult hockey leagues and golfing whenever possible. I cherish vacationing with my family, often spending time at the lake with our dog on our pontoon.
